Rock and Roll comes to the bar, Starting on 26th October centreRock will be in the bar at Bourne End Community Centre.
Back in the 1950’s Jazz was the music of the day and remains popular in the Community Center bar today. Rock and Roll and the swinging sixties followed and with the success of the Jazz evenings and the historical connection in mind Graham Hyde, from the Bourne End Guitar Club, has put together a new band ‘Bourne to Rock and Roll’ to perform in the bar each month.
Set lists will feature big hits of the late fifties and early sixties including Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Cliff Richard, The Shadows and many more.
centreRock is held monthly in the bar at Bourne End Community Centre. All welcome, tickets £7 available online, at the centre office or on the door.
