Are you caring for a loved one with dementia? Come along to the next meeting of our regular Dementia Friendly Carers Cafe at the Community Centre on 27th September at 2.00pm.

The Dementia Friendly Carers Cafe is a relaxed, supportive space to connect and socialise for those either living with dementia or supporting a loved one with the condition. At this cafe there will be a 'Reminiscence Singalong' for sufferers and carers alike.No booking is required, just drop in. Complimentary refreshments - tea, coffee and biscuits - will be available.
