To the rear of the Community Centre there is a large patio, which is suitable for events such as hog roasts. It also provides a pleasant area for guests attending events in the May Woollerton Hall, such as wedding receptions, civil partnerships, children’s parties or concerts.

Bourne End Community Centre is an ideal venue for Conferences and Business Meetings. Each of the rooms* has a screen and projector. We also have a flip chart, a dry wipe board and photocopying facilities.

The Community Centre is a one story building which is fully accessible for people with disabilities.

In the May Woollerton Hall we have a large stage which can be used for theatrical performances with adjacent dressing rooms.The stage is used for full drama events and many types of concerts.
The stage set up is standard i.e. main tabs and mid tabs. We have a pre-set sound system and front of house stage lighting consists of LEDs with 12 pre-set options. For full lighting options the lighting desk is available to hire to a competent operator (terms on request).

There is no better place to hold a wedding, civil registration, party or celebration than the community centre. There are halls of various sizes catering for 40 to 200 people.
