Bourne End Community Centre continues as a 'warm welcome space'. The Wye Room will be open on Mondays 09:30 - 17:00 offering free hot drinks, reading material, wi-fi and charging facilities for phones/computers.
The Centre is open for anyone who would like to escape a cold home for a few hours, to work, read quietly, surf the internet or chat. Volunteers will be on hand. The Library is providing a warm space on other days.
We are looking for a few more volunteers to help us with this initiative. If you can offer a couple of hours on a Monday now and again please contact the Community Association Secretary on 07521 654641`3 or call into the Centre Office. Thank you.
